Mobile + Web CRM + Sales Enablement

Build vs. Buy + Custom +UX Research + Strategy, User Interviews, UX Design + Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, Visual Design + Design System
Project Overview
'Mobile First' is no longer a design approach - it is a Product Strategy Pillar that is NOT to be ignored. Tasked with 'mobilizing' vast and disparate internal systems to drive efficiency - during a Pandemic - proved challenging given the ever-changing state of work structure, RTO and legacy processes.

Network Monitoring Software Overhaul

UX Research + Strategy, User Interviews, UX Design + Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, Visual Design
Project Overview
Network Management Software Company needs a boost in order to stay at the forefront of their market - elevating their platform's experience to the level of it's performance.

"It's a work horse - not pretty, but it will get the job done…"

In the face of rising competition and increasing number of substitutes, they knew the quality of their tools was dependent on the experience it delivered. Stable, Reliable, Comprehensive -

"…not only that, but it will do it better than most of the others!"

They were in need of an agile partner to help define the experience for their product and guide them into their next phase of maturation.
My Contributions
Update overall look & feel, but not at the expense of stability. Refine existing information architecture with specific focus on improving navigation. Reimagine data-visualization. Streamline user input, simplify flows. Allow for customer-specific theming and brand as well as user-specific configuration and options.

Goals
1. Answer the Question - Does it ‘Tell the Story’ clearly?

2. Keep It Simple - Is it easy to Use, Manage, and Implement?

3. Make It Compelling - Is it Sexy?

4. Intelligence Matters - Have we told the user something they did not already know?
Pain Points
Cumbersome data input / unnecessary steps to update tickets and add notes

Use of multiple tabs / windows for monitoring

Limited search capabilities (i.e. no 'global')

Difficult to schedule reports and email notifications

Lack of up to date information, no auto-refresh, no prioritization
